Privacy & your memory

Your account profile, saved conversations, and memories belong to your account. Sign-in uses Supabase Auth. Account data is stored in Supabase; the bounded context needed for a reply is sent to Anthropic. Payments take place on Stripe’s hosted pages. Star Post never receives your full card details.

Saving chats is optional. Memory is off until you enable it, and only saves notes you explicitly choose. Turning memory off erases the saved notes. You can review, edit, delete, or export your saved data from your account. Deleting saved data does not cancel billing or remove your sign-in identity. Cancel a subscription through Manage billing first.

We count completed and displayed replies to understand whether the service works. These limited first-party records exclude questions, answers, birth details and account identifiers. A one-hour cookie supports this measurement. Records older than 30 days are cleared during subsequent use of the service. This does not identify readers returning on different days.

Saved data remains until you delete it; provider backups and payment records may be retained under their retention requirements. Do not share passwords, identity documents, financial account numbers, or another person’s private details in chat. Contact us through feedback for account or privacy requests.
